Our output is aroundmillions of pieces per month of any items you may require, whether a sauce squeeze bottles, condiment squirt bottles, plastic dropper bottles, salt bottle, hdpe plastic spray bottles or any other item pre-existing or new.We have our own professional R & D and design team, we will update the new product in each quarter.

In general, the lead time for our item is about 20-45 days after receiving the formal order and deposit, it is also related to the quanitity , products, the complex degree of your final order. For example, if injection products like cream jars, plugs for droppers bottles, the lead time will longer than blowing products like squeeze bottles, hdpe bottle.If custom mold product, here is the time period:Making drawing (7 days)- Confirm the drawng (Your Side 1-2 days)Make 3D sample (7 days)- send 3D samples for you to confirm the shape( 7-10 days)Mold Production ( 30days)Send real sample made from the mold(7days)- send the sample for you before mass production (7-10days)Mass production (30days)We have service team to follow up the production process and keep in touch with you to make sure the product can be shipping on time.

In general, Our MOQ is 10000pcs, because once our machine starts work, it would be mass production. If no enough amount, there will be a waste of raw material, and also need to make the same machine adjusting no matter the amout is big or not. But the MOQ for our bottles is also mainly depends on the product and your specific requirements. For example, we have 30~500ml plastic bottles , squeeze bottles, dropper bottle or food jars, these will be big MOQ, but if 500~1000ml large size pe bottles, the MOQ could be smaller like 1000-5000pcs. For several stocked itmes ,no MOQ requests.If custom mold bottles,no MOQ requests. Normally the silk screen is suitable for 1-2 color printing design. and if you have complex printing requirements, we have hot stamping for golden or sliver, heat transfer printing for multi colors, or differen material of labeling, shrik labels.
